| Springdream Kennels, reknowned both in Canada and the United States, was founded and 1989 ago by Nathalie Piche, of Val David, Quebec. Originally attracted by the beauty and elegance, intelligence and courage of the English Springer Spaniel, she decided to become a breeder. Her original goal, which she still pursues today, is to protect the standards of the breed, while preserving the temperament of this marvelous dog, passionate yet sweet, active and joyful but also calm and affectionate. An excellent breeding progam, allied to her in-depth knowledge, has allowed her to obtain Springers of rare quality. | |
| In 1995, Nathalie Piche chose Lise Boucher as her associate. The latter, on Nathalie's advice, took on a 2-1/2 year old male, Ch. Springdream Black Bluff du Roch, for training. In 1998, Bluff, having obtained his Obedience Trial Championship (O.T. Ch.), was 10th Top Obedience Dog in Canada, All Breeds. Since then a number of Springdream dogs, in addition to shining in the conformation rings, have earned much success in the obedience and tracking arenas. Several of our puppies have also brought much pleasure to lovers of the hunt. |

| But most of our dogs, more than anything else, bring joy to their families, from young children to teenagers and adults. Their sweet and affectionate temperament, their ability to learn, their great desire to please their owners, make for wonderful companions |

) | Our English Springer Spaniels descend from prestigious lineages, some have had winning dams and sires at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show, the most renown competition of conformation in the United States. Furthermore we are at present the only breeder in Quebec of TRICOLOR Springers. Springers will seduce you with their charming glance. They are lively and intelligent. These qualities allowed us to attain a high summit in competition of obedience and agility. Some of our dogs are first in Canada in these competitions and have been chosen to participate in commercial broadcast advertisements. |

Our Springers have excellent temperments. They will do anything to please you. Their loyalty to their owner is unlimited. They are strong, which makes an ideal companion for sports activities and for your children, full of energy and with some every day excersize, they will be as at home in a country chalet or a condo in the city. They know how to adapt themselves. The absence of sub-hairs and their medium size will facilitate their integration in your daily life. They love to accompany you everywhere.They are curious and friendly to everyone. |
